A balance of care and keeping it real

It can be quite common for professional services firms to have to create a balance between a high level of care that they show for their clients, while also keeping it real - especially when things get a bit tough.

Building trust is also key when you're assisting clients through a fraught or complicated process, which can be especially tricky for a brand-new brand.

We tackled this challenging brief head-on with the team at Business Reset, setting out to build a brand and website they could feel confident in, and that would convey that confidence to their customers.

From existing logo to full brand system

When we connected with the Business Reset crew they already had their logo sorted, so our role on the branding front was to expand out and develop the rest of the brand system - including colours, typefaces, extra brand elements, layouts, photography style and more.

The result was a fully formed visual identity that struck the desired tone of being friendly and approachable, while also giving immediate credibility and a feeling a "hey I can trust these guys to help me in this tough time".

Simple by design

The team were very clear about what they wanted in a website - something that very clearly showed clients exactly how they could help them, and made it dead simple for them to find what they were looking for.

With that in mind we designed the home header to have very clear dive in points for the key offerings, and then backed this up with social proof, showcasing their unique approach, and making sure the human side of the business shone through to make potential clients feel comfortable making the call.

Invest at the start

The team at business reset saw the value in investing in getting their brand right from the get-go.

They knew that if they were to establish credibility and trust with potential customers from launch, they needed a professional looking brand and website that really represented them.

The response has been strong out of the gates both for the brand feedback and the business.

Keep it simple sometimes

Sometimes we get caught up in all the things that we could do with a brand or website... with ideas flowing and a want to show off what we can do and flex our design muscles.

But if that doesn't suit the brand or project then that's not in service of the business we're partnering with. Sometimes the best thing to do is to take what's already there, elevate it, add what's required and desired, all while keeping the end result clean, simple and inviting to the target audience.
