The platform gives law practices of all sizes a chance to find and engage top freelance clerks for one-off projects or ongoing work, giving a new degree of access, flexibility and control that was not available before. It also gives students a chance to earn while they learn, gather real world experience and be rewarded for their talents - not just who they know.
Our role in working with LawLancer was to create a brand and messaging package that would help launch the brand to the industry - straddling the line between fresh and vibrant to appeal to the student audience and celebrate the innovative product, while also being professional and trustworthy for law firms looking for talent.
Whenever a brief comes across our desk that references music as inspiration, we know we're in for a great project. The crew at LawLancer had a great vision in mind - bring the summer vibes to counter the usual dullness of what people typically think of summer clerkships, and make it pop for all seasons.
We built off the base of this idea by adding the right mix of photography to capture the brand avatars, "digitisation" to represent the innovative tech, and highlighter inspiration to represent research and emphasise key messages.
